WWTC: Russia - Ukraine of the last round finished peacefully

The last round match of the WWTC Russia - Ukraine finished in a calm draw: all players made 30 moves to agree on the result "in everyone's favour."

Ukraine won the Women's World team Championship for the first time. Let us remind you China has become the strongest team of the world three times in a row in 2007, 2009 and 2011. This time China got only silver. Russia finished third.

The official website of the European Team Championship which will be held from October 7-18 in Warsaw, Poland published the composition of the participating teams. Russia will be represented by GMs Alexander Grischuk, Peter Svidler, Alexander Morozevich, Evgeny Tomashevsky, Dmitry Andreikin. The second-ranked team is Armenia which is traditionally headed by Levon Aronian.
Hou Yifan Won't Play at the WWCC. Georgian Team Becomes Top-Seed
Today FIDE has published the full list of participating teams which made it clear Hou Yifan won't play at the championship. Let us remind you, Tatiana and Nadezhda Kosintseva refused playing for the Russian team. Thus, Georgian team becomes top-seed, Russia is second, Ukraine - 3rd, while China is fourth with Ju Wenjun on Board 1.
Olympiad: Lagno Will Play Against Ukraine Today
The key match of the penultimate round brought together Russia and Ukraine. Pairings by boards:

At the moment Ukraine is on a clear third, Russia is first being two points ahead of China.
