On one of the days, two players - Valentina Gunina and Pia Cramling - went for a walk to a park. On their way back to the hotel, Gunina was attacked by a local bully who ran up to her from behind, touched her rudely, and fled.
The player was quite frightened and wouldn't leave the hotel without being accompanied by men from then on. Neither would the other players who have learnt about the incident.
