In the third round of Reggio Emilia Caruana - Ivanchuk duel was last to end. In a protracted struggle Ukrainian Grandmaster had been fighting for the victory in an endgame with a minimum, symbolic advantage on his side. Guess what, at the end his efforts were crowned with success.

After 75.h4! draw would have been inevitable; and then White can safely put their knight on e3.

And now Black win in a pawn ending.
